The App utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate content. Please be aware that the images and data you submit to these AI features may be processed by third-party AI service providers. We strongly advise against uploading photos that contain personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data into the AI tools.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Other Users: Your profile name, comments, and uploaded photos will be visible to other users of the App as part of its social features.
• With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App, such as cloud hosting or AI processing partners.

6. Age restrictions

The App is intended strictly for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal drinking age in your region). If we discover that we have collected information from an underage user, we will delete that data immediately.
